10 ways gardening is basically yoga
- You shouldn’t compare yours to others.
- It’s a work in progress, each and every time.
- Your practice (garden) is constantly evolving.
- You can’t live a whole, complete and fulfilling life without it.
- Moving, stretching and bending is good for you!
- You shouldn’t feel pain – this should be enjoyable.
- We all come into it at different levels (or climates, plot sizes, etc.), and work with what we’ve got.
- It’s not a competition.
- There’s always room for improvement.
- Keep practicing (gardening) and all (abundance) will come.
